What these planning figures include
JRH Construction publishes Q1 2026 DFW installed ranges covering labor, materials, ordinary tear-off, disposal and permits. The calculator applies those material-specific bands to roof surface area without adding a city multiplier or another tear-off charge.
Davis Roofing Solutions publishes a separate, broader DFW asphalt range of $4.50 to $7.50 per square foot including removal and disposal. Different packages produce different bands; we have not averaged them into an Arlington price.
